I have to say that Michelle sometimes didn’t look good when she did the weather at CHCH. But since she returned on location, she became again the beauty queen she was on TWN! She’s glowing and she’s adorable!!

Since her departure from TWN, it’s obvious that Michelle has not been replaced and she will probably never be replaced by someone like her for a very long time, if ever. TWN just hasn’t been the same on weekends since she’s gone. It’s DULL. After nearly four months now, I can say that it was really the end of an era for me at TWN after Michelle left.

We may have gained some very good closeups of her face on CHCH but we can’t see no more how drop-dead gorgeous she was in those dresses and skirts, how delectably she moved around the screen (she was the best!) and how adorable she was. Several girls have left TWN recently but no one had a fraction of the impact Michelle had when she left...

Casper, truer words have never been said. It just feels like a great loss since she left, although I do notice a slight hint of similar personality with Danielle Savoni. The weather network will never be the same after Michelle. She's also only temporarily there. Filling in while another weathercaster (whose name escapes me) is on Maternity Leave. It's the end of a great era for all of us.

I applaud you Casper.

It’s simple. Lesley Stewart is gone on maternity leave. So Brian Wood is covering for Lesley because Lesley is gone on maternity leave. And Steve Ruddick is covering for Brian because Brian can’t be there because Brian is covering for Lesley because Lesley is gone on maternity leave. And Michelle Leslie is covering for Steve because Steve can’t be there because Steve is covering for Brian because Brian can’t be there because Brian is covering for Lesley because Lesley is gone on maternity leave … or something like that!

You mentioned that she’s also “temporarily” at CHCH and it’s the right word. They have very rapidly deleted Connie Smith’s bio from the CHCH personalities page less than 4 days after Connie retired last friday (she’s been with CHCH for 32 years!) and Michelle’s bio is still not there after almost 4 months at the station now.

Michelle’s bio should have been added a long time ago (or should have been added when they updated the personalities page recently) if she had been hired permanently. One thing is for sure, one way or another, Michelle will still be on television after CHCH. The question is not WHEN, but WHERE she’ll be.

when michelle left twn I was like OMG! at first I was also like that when I found out that Jackie was leaving twn. Twn will never be the same without Jackie or michelle!
