Hands down, Marcia is the most adorable woman on the planet... now, if I can just find my way around here to post a Christmas present for Casper - in thanks for all the pics he's posted! Mine are from way back when Marcia was on The Weather Channel, circa 2000-2001. I gasped when I saw her then, and I am still gasping! The Victoria's Secret models don't hold a candle to this woman!
If the pics don't show up, maybe you can give me a tip on how to post... mon francaise est tres mal.

there are several sites to post pictures online and then post the links in this forum.

I have used all of these in the past and they worked great and it was VERY easy.

You can also click on pictures uploaded by BikeArmy, Casper or Pablo and see which website pops up. If you are familiar with the web, i'm positive you can extract the main web site url and use the same site to post your pictures.

If you still have problems contact me via a personnal message and will try to help you more.

I can't wait to see those pictures from Marcia. I don't recall her being on the weather network and I have never see a picture of her on that channel either. I am more than positive that people here will enjoy those pictures.

Thanks for the response kid_pong - I have uploaded the photos to Media Fire... I'm just not sure (and I feel like an idiot) how to get them posted, or to appear here at The Weather Girls site. It's probably a very simple procedure, and I am just not finding the correct French word(s) that spell it out for me.
I tried "Image", but that didn't seem to work, and then I tried some html, but that didn't work either... then I carried away by the Xmas rush...
Is there one of the buttons I should be using above? (gras, image, lien, heberger, etc.)?

nah, don't worry about it. Never mind the buttons you mentionned. You don't need them for now.

When you uploaded your pictures to MediaFire, they showed you a link on the mediafire website that refers to the pictures or picture you have just upload it. Copy that link using the COPY BUTTON on MediaFire and simply paste it in message box on this forum

so as an example if mefiafire gave you a link like @http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=dd9451027298ac5dd2db6fb9a8902bda@ ( I have added the @ on purpose so you can get a idea of what the posted link will look when you write your message) and here is the same link withouth the @'s

Hello G2, you've got the basics down but not the best choice of website to host images. MediaFire is good for video files or larger files. Granted it works for smaller files like images, they are a pain to download 1 by 1. May I suggest you use a different website to host your images (like the one I suggested earlier) or you could compress (ZIP) all the images in one file and post that (larger file) on mediafire ? that way we would only need to download 1 file. MediaFire does have a good previews for image browsing so you can still select the images you want to download. So it's not ALL bad

that being said, I thank you for your work and the time you took to contribute to this wonderfull forum.
