If, in fact, Zuraidah have really left the industry, she will join the hundreds of other beloved television personalities that have already left the business. And she's not going to be the last one to do so either.

The time where someone held a single job for all his life is over. These days, it's said that a person will probably have close to 10 different jobs in his/her lifetime and the media industry is not different than any other industry.

It's a tough and cruel industry. One day you're the best and they fire (or demote) you the next day because of the ratings or they replace you with a 22-year-old beginner so they can give him/her a much lower salary than yours.

I hope Zuraidah's new job is a steady one that brings her good money and happiness if she indeed have left the media business for good.
